Homeless people in the community needing a little extra during the coming months ahead and into the Fall will receive gift cards, food and help if they come to the door of the Ladner United Church and Delta‚Äôs Emergency Response Shelter with the help of a $1,000 Covid19 Relief Grant from the Delta Foundation, Delta's community foundation.

In the last three months this extension of the Extreme Weather Shelter, beyond the normal cold weather season, has been helping homeless during this pandemic, when there has been no availability for them to seek any kind of refuge.
